You might have seen the fabulous mommy featured here on Family Favorites: it’s our parent board member, Dominika Mejia from Ecuador. She previously made us drool over her chocolate tart recipe in our March 2018 issue. Dominika and her husband Marcin Grabiec from Poland welcomed their daughter Nina here in Beijing about two years ago.
The couple’s works as career diplomats have brought them to China, and as Dominika told us, their family truly love traveling around the Middle Kingdom to learn about its history, culture, and food! Catch up with their China adventures on Dominika’s blog, D-Constructed.
